Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to examine the virtual teams effectiveness in productivity, whether leadership and Empowerment with relevant factors influencing team productivity are not. This study examines group IT enterprises their authority strengthening efficiency a group.
 
 Theoretical framework: An essential method for directing business associations stay serious support global environment. What's more, that used numerous kinds sizes either as key unit or supporting unit. Virtual groups Indian programming organizations stand out explicitly inside world wide service sector.
 Design/methodology/approach: present conducted by designing set questionnaires respect empowerment performance factors. And it distributed organization, which uses team. were 300 participants; only 257 responses received from company. From respondents, 43 rejected because response not clear, so total taken. By using 5-point Likert scale, questionnaire was prepared.
 Finding: relationship between effectiveness, performance, empowering hypothesis empirically tested. result indicated enhanced team.
 Research, Practical & Social Implication: contributes better understanding internal processes within order develop through Leadership increase productivity.
 Originality/value: Notwithstanding inescapability overseeing groups, find especially provoking colleagues display deal initiative ways behaving.
