Future team leadership and empowerment in the performance of measuring virtual team productivity with information technology

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to examine the virtual teams effectiveness in productivity, whether leadership and Empowerment with relevant factors influencing team productivity are not. This study examines group IT enterprises their authority strengthening efficiency a group.
